Brighton SEO in April 2018 marked the inaugural #runbrightonseo – and this April – it’s back for it’s third run! Last September we had a small and very friendly group of runners join us on our 5k route along the seafront, on a traffic-free path, heading East from the venue. We all had a wonderful time and finished with a dip in the sea – maybe we’ll do the same in April, if any of us are brave enough?
Details
- Date – Friday 12th April 2019 – 7 am prompt
- Venue – Meet at the Brighton SEO venue (Brighton Centre, Kings Road, BN1 2GR)
- Ability levels – all welcome.
- Dress code – comfy clothes, see above for inspiration (but obvs not really, just wear whatever you feel comfortable in!)
The route
It’s a casual dash along the seafront taking in some Brighton landmarks including the pier, Steve Ovett (in statue form) and VERA (the electric railway).
The route runs alongside the railway – the halfway turning point marker is the number 2 crossing (not an actual 💩)
